Awesome Knitted Bib for Awesome Teething (and Other) Babies
Bibs. Here’s something you can NEVER have enough. Never. First comes the spit-up. Then come the first meals. And then that dreadful monster without a face called “Teething Horribilis”. So, whether you need to keep your bib stash full, you’re searching for a last minute gift for a baby that literally takes one to two hours to finish or you’re just taking your first steps in knitting, this is the project to choose.
PS: This is my first written knitting pattern. Be patient (and nice). If you find any mistakes or if you have any thoughts, queries or suggestions, please let me know.

So, this is the Confection Baby Shrug. If you’re looking for an easy and adorable baby knitted shrug, this is the pattern to have by your side. AND IT’S FREE, so make sure you thank Tonya Wagner properly and drop by her website @ http://www.theshizknit.com/.
Using US 8 – 5.0 mm needles and worsted yarn (I used acrylic; not sure about the brand, though), this is a fast project. The eyelet details and the ribbing definitely bring the garment to life. I did make the sleeves a bit longer, but only because winter is still in full force around here.
You can find it on Ravelry (as usual) here: http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/confection-baby-shrug
